“HKT x UnionPay Standalone Designated Devices Instant Discount and Service Plan Subscription / Renewal Offer” Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions

• “HKT x UnionPay Standalone Designated Devices Instant Discount and Service Plan Subscription / Renewal Offer” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to cardholders (“Cardholders”, each a “Cardholder”) of UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards with UnionPay logo, UnionPay Mobile Payment (including but not limited to Apple Pay and Huawei Pay) and UnionPay QR code (including UnionPay APP and other APP supporting UnionPay QR Code), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions with UnionPay International Company Limited (“UnionPay International”) (each an “Eligible UnionPay Card”). To enjoy this Offer, Cardholder must pay via UnionPay network with an Eligible UnionPay Card. WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay and AlipayHK are not eligible for Offer 1 and 2. To enjoy Offer 2, cardholder is required to present a credit physical Eligible UnionPay Card.
• The promotion period runs from 18 September 2025 to 30 November 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
• CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) (for Offer 1 and Offer 2) / Now TV Limited (for Offer 1) / Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT Opco”) (for Offer 1 and Offer 2) (each a "Merchant") may reject an Eligible UnionPay Card if its payment system does not cater for the Eligible UnionPay Card type. Please contact HKT staff for details. 1O1O, csl and Club Sim services are provided by CSL; Now TV services are provided by Now TV Limited; NETVIGATOR Broadband and HKT Home Phone services are provided by HKT Opco.
• Cardholders who make an eligible transaction (“Eligible Transaction”) on standalone designated device and/or successfully subscribe designated service plan with an Eligible UnionPay Card with a Merchant during the Promotion Period shall be entitled to the following offers (each an “Offer”):

  These Offers are further subject to “HKT x UnionPay Standalone Designated Devices Instant Discount and Service Plan Subscription / Renewal Offer – Offer 1 and Offer 2” Additional Terms and Conditions below.
• The Offers are only eligible to designated sales channels (such as retail shops, hotline and/or direct sales) by the relevant Merchant, excluding online sales channel (such as csl eShop or e-commerce platforms) ("Designated Sales Channel").
• A “Single Net Transaction” refers to a purchase or subscription made with the Eligible UnionPay Card in a single transaction during the Promotion Period (based on the transaction date) via a Designated Sales Channel for which the original Eligible UnionPay Card sales slip and the original Merchant's sales receipt can be produced.
• The Offers apply to the final amount of the single net transaction after deduction of all eligible discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers. Other transactions, including but not limited to purchase of cash vouchers, or prepaid service or products unposted / cancelled / refunded / falsified / unauthorised transactions are excluded.
• Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
• For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions
  (a) payment by instalments using the Eligible UnionPay Card for CSL's iPhone for Life plan;
  (b) payment by split transactions.
• During the Promotion Period, each Cardholder can use each Eligible UnionPay Card to enjoy Offer 1 twice and Offer 2 once under this Promotion.
• There are 8,000 quotas for Offer 1 and 500 quotas for Offer 2 in total, available for all eligible Cardholders under this Promotion. These quotas are by customers of CSL, Now TV Limited and HKT Opco subject to availability and are provided on a first-come-first-served basis.
• The Offers are also subject to the availability of the Standalone Designated Devices' models or the Designated Plans which are subject to change and may be updated by the relevant Merchant(s) from time to time without prior notice. Please enquire with the relevant Merchant for details.
• No registration is required for these Offers.
• In case of any fraud, abuse, reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which this Offer was awarded, UnionPay International reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder's Eligible UnionPay Card account the equivalent amount of this Offer without prior notice.
• Service plans and offers of the Designated Services are subjected to terms and conditions of the relevant Merchant. For customers of 1O1O / csl / Club Sim mobile services, the General Terms and Conditions of CSL apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/). For customers of NETVIGATOR Broadband and/or HKT Home Phone services, the “General Conditions of Telecommunications Service (Consumer Customers)” (www.hkt.com/Terms+of+Use) and other relevant terms and conditions apply. • The Offer(s) is/are only Eligible to Cardholders whose Eligible UnionPay Card accounts are valid, and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued, otherwise UnionPay International reserves the right to forfeit Cardholders' right under this Offer without prior notice.
• Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original Eligible UnionPay Card sales slip, the original Merchant's sales receipt and/or other documents in respect of the Eligible Transactions for inspection upon request by UnionPay International. All documents submitted to UnionPay International will not be returned.
• Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse or non-compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the UnionPay International will debit the values of the Offer from the Cardholder's account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.
• UnionPay International shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to any of the Designated Services, nor other products or services offered by any of the Merchants. The relevant Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services offered and/or provided by the Merchant. • None of the Merchants is the provider of UnionPay International payment gateway. The Merchants make no representation or guarantee to any UnionPay International payment and shall not in any way be liable for any matters in relation thereto. No compensation shall be forthcoming under any circumstances.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• In the event of cancellation, modification, or refund of products by Cardholders, the related promotional offer will not be refunded or reimbursed. Each of the Merchants reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and terminate these Offers at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of the relevant Merchant(s).

Offer 1: To purchase designated devices to enjoy up to HK$900 Instant Discount on Standalone Designated Devices

• During the Promotion Period, a Cardholder who conducts a single net spending with the Eligible UnionPay Card at Designated Sale Channels of 1O1O or csl on Standalone Designated Device* and the net spending amount reaches the “Eligible Transaction Amount” specified in the below table (“Eligible Transaction”) is entitled to the corresponding instant discount (“Instant Discount”):

• During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who subscribe / renew designated 1O1O / csl / Club Sim / NETVIGATOR Broadband service plan (“Designated Service Plan”) with not less than 24-month commitment period and set up autopay service with an Eligible UnionPay Card at a Designated Sales Channel will enjoy a up to HK$400 CSL Handset and Handset Accessory and Service e-gift voucher (“E-gift voucher”) for subsequent purchase. The E-gift voucher will be issued via 1O1O / csl / Club Sim app or MyHKT App within a month from the date the CSL customer subscribe or renew to a designated service plan, or from the date the NETVIGATOR customer subscribe to a designated service plan. The Data may be disclosed to, used or retained by other members of the Group, their respective agents (including debt collection agent) and business partners (including UnionPay International Company Limited) for purposes related to the provision of the Services and other purposes to which you have consented at any time.
