General Terms and Conditions:
  1. The promotion is valid from 14 January to 13 April 2026, or until the quotas are fully utilised, whichever is earlier (based on the transaction date) ( “Promotion Period”).
  2. The discount offer is applicable to all designated Shops and Restaurants in Hong Kong Disneyland (“Participating Stores”).
    Designated Shops include Marty's General Store, Main Street Cinema: My Journeys with Duffy, Emporium, Center Street Boutique, Pooh Corner, Merlin's Treasures, Pavilion Gifts, Expo Shop, Space Traders, Professor Porter's Trading Post, Andy's Toy Box, The Archive Shop, Royal Princess Garden Storybook Shoppe, Northern Delights and Tick Tock Toys & Collectibles.
    Designated Restaurants include Walt's Cafe at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Enchanted Garden Restaurant at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Crystal Lotus at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Dragon Wind at Disney Explorers Lodge, World of Color Restaurant at Disney Explorers Lodge, The Archivist at Disney's Hollywood Hotel and Ink & Plate at Disney's Hollywood Hotel.
  3. During the Promotion Period, spend with UnionPay Mobile QuickPass or UnionPay QR Code at the designated shops and restaurants at Hong Kong Disneyland to enjoy the following Shopping and Dining Privileges ("Privileges"):
    Shopping Privilege: Spend a net amount of HK$200 or above in a single transaction to enjoy 5% instant discount (Maximum instant discount HK$200 per transaction);
    Dining Privilege: Spend a net amount of HK$500 or above in a single transaction to enjoy 5% instant discount (Maximum instant discount HK$500 per transaction). Each customer will also receive one complimentary limited-edition cookie.
    Each UnionPay Card can enjoy maximum: (a) 2 redemptions on a daily basis, and (b) 4 redemptions up to HK$2,000 instant discount on a monthly basis; Discount offers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while quota lasts; The Shopping and Dining Privileges can be used in conjunction with Hong Kong Disneyland's Magic Access member discounts, Cast Member discounts, and other Hong Kong Disneyland promotions.
  4. Privileges are applicable to payments made via UnionPay Mobile QuickPass (including Apply Pay and Huawei Pay etc) or UnionPay QR Code payment (including UnionPay App and other apps supporting UnionPay QR Code). To be eligible for the Privileges, the full transaction amount must be settled via the UnionPay network (Transactions made via WeChat Pay and Alipay are not applicable to enjoy the Privileges).
  5. The minimum number of quota is 4000. Quotas apply on a first-come, first-served basis and while quota last. The Promotion may end earlier once the quotas are fully utilised. Each UnionPay Card is entitled to enjoy any Privilege up to a maximum of 2 times on a daily basis and up to a maximum of 4 times on a monthly basis.
  6. In the event of a refund or return, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded, and any discounted amount will not be included. If the total net consumption amount after the return fails to meet the specified threshold for the promotion, instant discount will no longer apply. The cardholder will be required to reimburse the amount already deducted. In case of violation, UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to "UnionPay International") reserves the right to recover the relevant discount.
  7. Spending amount is calculated based on the net spending amount per transaction. Split transaction is not accepted. Transactions that are unposted, cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent will not be counted as eligible. The spending amount of the primary and supplementary cards under the same UnionPay cardholder will be calculated separately.
  8. The instant discount amount will not be shown on the sales slip. The net amount after deducting instant discount will be displayed upon successful payment. Final transaction amount can be checked via mobile wallet or app transaction history.
  9. UnionPay International will apply the instant discount at the time of payment based on the transaction amount and time initiated by the merchant(s), and cannot be accumulated or reissued. The details of the Privileges will not be shown on the receipts.
  10. The Privileges carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts. It is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  11. Unless otherwise specified, the Privileges can be used in conjunction with other offers, including Hong Kong Disneyland's Magic Access member discounts, Cast Member discounts, and other Hong Kong Disneyland promotions, and cross-border exchange rate discounts. Instant discount will be deducted first and followed by exchange rate discounts and other offers.
  12. In all circumstances, all transaction time (including but not limited to transaction date/time), transaction amount, reversal, revocation, cancellation or refund shall be based on the records of UnionPay network.
  13. UnionPay International and Hong Kong International Theme Parks Limited shall not be responsible for any failure to participate in the promotion due to communication system failures, interruptions, interceptions, delays, power outages, data loss, device malfunction, or other technical issues related to POS terminals, bank cards, electronic transaction systems, bank systems, phone lines, or networks.
  14. The usage of UnionPay App or other applications is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Please refer to the relevant app information or issuing bank for details. UnionPay International and Hong Kong International Theme Parks Limited shall not be responsible for the effective use of such applications.
  15. UnionPay International is not the supplier of Hong Kong Disneyland products or services, thus accepts no liability in relation to such products or services.
  16. UnionPay cardholders participating in promotion shall be deemed as understanding, acceptance, and agreement to comply with all terms and conditions of the Promotion.
  17. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, UnionPay International reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, modify or terminate the offers. However, UnionPay cardholders will be notified of such changes or termination through appropriate means. All information is subject to the final version announced through the official channels of UnionPay International.
  18. Should there be any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail for all purposes.
